Single homeless men. Can accommodate 12 rough sleepers on a nightly basis.

No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.
How to get in ^ back to top
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone or call in any time. Application form completed at interview. Require proof of ID for housing benefit. Registered Care Unit: require referral reports etc. Nightshelter: opens 10pm on first come first served basis.
No waiting list.
Staffing and support ^ back to top
Main hostel: 7 full time staff. Compulsory keywork system (10 residents per keyworker), with fortnightly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff provide general advice and support around personal issues, information on training and employment, and make referrals to specialist agencies. Weekly benefits advice clinic. 'Cook-It' programme. Range of in-house activities and day trips.

Access to move-on
Resettlement worker. Resettlement support provided in keywork. Staff give information on move-on options and help with applications. There are 25 move-on rooms and flats.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking allowed in own rooms and outside designated areas only. Licence agreement.
Must be in by 12 midnight or later by arrangement. May stay out 2 nights a week by arrangement.
During specific visiting times. No under 18s. No overnight guests.
Regular residents' meetings. Residents representatives on advisory board and health and safety board.
